1 The three above listed site are my three sources, I pulled out the first one from HACC’’ date base and it is my most reliable source and the third one is a stronger source as well.
2 Actually I thought I had a very broad knowledge about my research topic in structural engineering and all that surround it, but during this blogger I have learnt a lot beyond what I knew and what I thought I know. I have updated my knowledge lots more than it was and it’s definitely going to make me stay relevant in the field of Structural engineering.
3 The analytical question that will guide me is “Why is communication important in Construction’’? . And why is Structural Engineering is not based on buildings alone?.
4 Really it has shown and prove the duties of each individual in the field of structural engineering and every other areas aside from building where a structural engineer can work example is a structural engineer could work in an automobile industry or in an aviation industries.
5 I would have liked to talk to the crew that design and structure for automobile industries and aeronautical industries because I know almost everything that existed in the face of the earth poses some kind of structure which means that some design engineers are behind it. If I could turn back the hand of time, I would upload my other blogs that I was unable to post in due time, due to unfamiliarity with blog and insufficient information on how to connect myself to http://byxbeslearningbywriting.blogspot.com/. Blog.

Importance of Information and communication needs for structural engineering researchers.
Article 1
Communication importance for engineering researcher,Information systems form an integral organ of scientific research. Proper and timely communication with its users is needed at each step. Users are supreme and so their actual needs are to be identified to design the appropriate and essential information services that yield the research results faster. Structural engineering research follows the pattern of scientific research and the needs of the users can be assessed by studying their stepped research activities. Proceeding Published by Scientific Publishers, India, 1993.
This paragraph answers the question, Why do organizations process information? Uncertainty and equivocality are defined as two forces that influence information processing in organizations. Organization structure and internal systems determine both the amount and richness of information provided to managers. Models are proposed that show how organizations can be designed to meet the information needs of technology, interdepartmental relations, and the environment. One implication for managers is that a major problem is lack of clarity, not lack of data. The models indicate how organizations can be designed to provide information mechanisms to both reduce uncertainty and resolve equivocality. The flame of my interest is fueled by my desire solve most communication problems in the field of structural engineering. Since construction is such a fragmented, dynamic and disparate sector, the challenges of communicating effectively are greater than in most other production environments. Contractually driven relationships, conflict and a lack of mutual respect and trust, all combine to hinder open communication and render the role of the project manager extremely demanding and problematic. Nevertheless, addressing communication in the industry can be seen as a principal enabler for improving the industry in the future.
Issues in Construction Communication
Since the early 1940s, literature on communication in construction has appeared, mainly based on the situation in the UK.For construction communication research in the international context, see Handford and Matous 2011. Many problems concerning communication have been reported, with a focus on intra-supplier communication within the construction sector; demand-supply communication during the design phase; and communication between and within single demand and supply side parties, during the whole construction process.
Communication is essential to all business activities; it enables an organization, and is an integral part of the construction process. Beyond the argument, any improvement in communication can improve an organization’s operating effectiveness. Good communication within an organization and between organizations contributing to the construction project can improve motivation levels and improve the processes. Conversely, inadequate communication can result in a demotivated workforce and lead to problems in construction.
Construction projects are complex and risky, requiring the active participation of all contributors. Co-operation and co-ordination of activities through interpersonal and group communication are essential in ensuring the project is completed successfully. Poor communication, lack of consultation and inadequate feedback are to be found as the root cause of defects in many constructed works.Poor co-ordination and communication of design information lead to design problems that cause design errors. Communication is the one aspect of the management of projects that pervades all others.
Article 2
To really get the duty of every members of a construction project going on pari passu it's is not really the duty of a project manager , but each construction leaders should know their duties and their ways of relating to each other, precisely their manners of approach. The word job description fully describe the duty of all leading members like project engineer , construction supervisor, program managers ,project director and construction managers. Each members has their duties.
